Any new Fortador steamer purchased through an authorized retailer, has a limited warranty of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original owner against defects in material and workmanship. This one year warranty covers the electronic components, the frame, the burner and the case of the machine.The warranty on Boiler is two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original owner.
Fortador Hoses and Steamguns are covered under Fortador's one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, but not against accidental damage or damage caused by misuse or using the cable outside Fortador guidelines.
In addition to the warranty coverage provided for Fortador steamers, it is important to note that certain conditions and responsibilities apply to the equipment associated with these services. Specifically, any equipment necessary for servicing Fortador steamers, including but not limited to hoses and steamguns, must be delivered to the Fortador service center at the customer's expense.
It is essential to understand that Fortador is not responsible for covering the expenses incurred in delivering this equipment for servicing.

Email us to receive a return authorization number. We respond to over 90% of all email messages within 24 hours, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Repackage and relabel. Refer to the return form printed on the back of your invoice, and write down the return authorization number in the space provided. Use the return form as a new shipping label. Apply it to the original box or use a sturdy substitute to ship products. You may choose whichever shipping carrier you wish.
Fortador Steamers USA Return Policies
If Your Products Arrived Damaged before contacting Fortador Steamers please call the carrier (UPS, Truck Company, etc.) that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt. Fortador Steamers USA cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for delivered products in good condition.Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
Products must be unused or defective to be returned. There may be a 15% restocking fee for products that do not meet these conditions. Factory shipped products may be subject to a 15% restock fee. Factory shipped products require approval from the our service department and are not returned directly to Fortador Steamers USA.
Processing your return via mail will take 2-4 weeks. Refunds are for the cost of the products only. Return Exceptions:Gas and diesel-powered products cannot be returned to Fortador Steamers USA. If they have been gassed or oiled they need to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty. Non-returnable items: cleaners, chemicals, blueprints, clearance and electronic auction items.
