PowerTwistStep 1: Preparation
- Inspect all connections — ensure fittings, hoses, and adapters are tight and properly secured.
- Seal the reduction thread using Teflon tape to prevent leaks.
- Verify that the steamer unit is functioning properly before connecting the nozzle.
Note: Always perform setup in a well-ventilated area and keep the nozzle pointed away from people, animals, or electrical devices.
Step 2: Safety Before Operation
- Always wear protective gloves and safety goggles.
- Do not operate near open flames or electrical outlets.
- If you detect unusual vibrations, noises, or steam leaks, stop immediately and inspect the equipment.
- Never touch the metal tip during or right after use — it can remain extremely hot.
Special Condition: Only operate when ambient ventilation and lighting are sufficient for safe work.
Step 3: Cleaning After Use
- Disconnect the nozzle from the steam generator.
- Allow it to cool completely before handling.
- Rinse under running water to remove sand, dirt, or residue.
- Avoid using aggressive chemicals or sharp tools.
- Once dry, apply PTFE lubricant spray to all rotating and moving components.
Note: Lubrication should be performed daily after each use.
Special Condition: Apply only a thin, even layer of PTFE spray to avoid buildup.
Step 4: Daily Maintenance
After each working session:
- Wipe the nozzle body with a clean, dry cloth.
- Inspect seals, threads, and bearings for signs of wear or corrosion.
- Lubricate rotating bearings as needed.
Note: Regular maintenance extends the service life and ensures consistent performance.
Step 5: Storage
- Store the nozzle in a dry, clean location, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Ensure the nozzle is fully dry before storage to prevent corrosion.
- Protect it from dust and moisture.
Special Condition: For long-term storage (more than one week):
- Clean the nozzle thoroughly.
- Lubricate all moving parts with PTFE spray.
- Store horizontally in a sealed container or protective bag.
